PrintFlux Printers Speak Out

“When we won the RATP tender, we decided to opt for PrintFlux technology : the market consisted of managing 320 personalised or non-personalised references, a volume of 25,000 picking or POD orders per year. To top it all, our tool had to interface with the ERP of the RATP.
After having studied the solutions available on the market, our choice went to PrintFlux Connect. In less than one month, the PrintFlux team created and validated the interface in collaboration with the RATP IT department. We received our first e-commerce orders on Day-1. The deadlines were totally respected. I then realised the quality and efficiency of the PrintFlux support system
This has now become the basis of our company strategy which we have developed with other customers, particularly through PrintFlux Corporate
Within 3 years, our position has changed totally. We have moved from the standard printer to become specialists in document management which has led us to the integration of new KOBs: stocking, logistics and e-procurement.
Today, Badel is proud to be able to make our customers’ everyday lives easier, remaining proactive in their cost reduction policies through the implementation of an optimised supply process.
Looking back, PrintFlux is without a doubt much more than just a technological solution. It is one of the elements that has helped us the most, in practical terms, towards our change of strategy, through customer relations, helping us to make the difference in the market place.”
