On this Web site, GraphiWare makes available information, documents, products and services subjected to the terms and conditions in this document. When accessing this Site , you accept its Conditions of Use. GraphiWare reserves the right to modify the Conditions of Use from time to time and at its discretion. Your use of this Site will be subjected to the most recent version of the Conditions of Use posted on the site at the time of access. Moreover, during the use of services or material specific to this site, it might contain terms and conditions in addition to those mentioned in the Conditions of Use. The non-respect of any of the aforementioned Conditions of Use automatically puts an end to your right to use thise site. LIMITED ROYALTIES AND LICENCE

CERTAIN COUNTRIES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT AUTHORIZE EXCLUSION.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties promise each other to store confidential the information and documents regardless of their nature whether commercial, financial, economic, technical, etc, to which they could have had access during the execution of this agreement.
MARKS
The makes, logos and brand names which appear on this Site are the property of GraphiWare or a third party. It is forbidden to use these brand names without the preliminary written authorization of GraphiWare or the third party owners of the brands. PrintFlux and the PrintFlux logo is a trademark of GraphiWare.
